If you are not 100% satisfied, just return the item within 30 days of receipt and we will refund your complete purchase price.

We are not responsible for any damages or delays during shipping. Coloring of actual Item may look slightly different than the photos on the Website due to different lighting during photographing than the lighting in you home.

Shipping
Shipping cost is included in the purchase price.
All Online Orders will be shipped within  5-7 days after confirmation of payment. Custom Orders will usually ship within  7-10 days after confirmation of payment. However a large quantity and specialized design may take little longer. We will notify you in advance if we expect a delay in processing. Shipping to United States only.  If you live outside the US please give me a call at 719-520-3393 to make special shipping arrangements.

Privacy

Therefore, in the unlikely event that the order information were compromised, the potential loss would be limited to credit card information collected in the last 30 days. All sensitive data is stored on a different server than the web server.All servers are protected by a fire wall.The database containing the order information is mirrored on a separate server. Copies of the database are transferred daily to a separate computer and another location.
